I am a postdoctoral research scientist in the University of Washington School of Oceanography, supported by a Washington Research Foundation fellowship and a UW eScience Institute data science fellowship.
I use computational methods to study the climate, ocean, and cryosphere as a means to better understand and prepare for climate change. My focus is on the polar regions, where a key challenge is data sparsity. A core goal of my research is piecing together the complex processes occurring in these regions using diverse datasets and statistical and modeling techniques.
